How do I add a site?
Tap the lock button, enter your passcode, then tap “+ Paste a link to add”.
My child hit a page that is not on the list
Your child sees the Ask a grown-up card. Enter your passcode to add the site, or tap Not now in Grown-ups.
I forgot the passcode
On the passcode screen tap “Forgot passcode? Use Face ID”. After Face ID or the device passcode you set a new one.
How do I stop my child leaving the app?
Turn on Guided Access:
- Open Settings, then Accessibility, then Guided Access, and turn it on.
- Open Otterpath and triple-click the side button.
- Tap Start.
Does it block ads inside websites?
No. Websites may show their own ads. Pick sites you trust.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Grown-ups, then Settings, then Restore purchase.
Does Family Sharing work?
Yes, Otterpath Full is shareable with Family Sharing.
